Company
We built this
for Lagos.
RydeCircle started from a simple frustration: commuting in Lagos is brutal, unpredictable, and unnecessarily stressful. We're building the infrastructure to fix that — one route at a time.
Mission
Make the commute
predictable.
Lagos is a city of 20+ million people and some of the world's worst traffic. But the problem isn't just traffic — it's the chaos, the unreliability, the lack of structured options for the everyday worker. RydeCircle is building the layer of structure that's been missing.
Lagos-First
We're not trying to conquer Africa in Year 1. We're going deep in Lagos, learning the corridors, building trust, getting operations right before we scale.
Ops-Obsessed
We believe great products are run, not just built. Every driver interaction, every dispute, every edge case — we're there to handle it properly.
Driver-Respecting
Drivers aren't gig workers to be squeezed. They're partners. Transparent commissions, fair policies, and a platform that works for them.
Values
What we stand for.
Transparency
Commission rates are stated upfront. Policies are written in plain language. We don't hide anything in fine print.
Safety First
No driver goes live without passing our verification process. Period. We'd rather grow slower than compromise rider safety.
Reliability
We optimize for consistency over flashiness. Commuters should be able to set their alarm and trust RydeCircle will follow through.
