How do you handle complaints about a driver?

Riders can submit complaints through our support channel. All reports are logged, reviewed within 24 hours, and escalated if needed. A driver can be suspended pending investigation.

What happens if a driver's insurance expires?

Their account is flagged and suspended automatically until updated, valid insurance documentation is submitted and reviewed.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized staff. We never sell, share, or monetize rider or driver personal information.

Can I report an unsafe vehicle?

Yes. Contact our support team immediately via the contact page. Reports are taken seriously and the vehicle will be reviewed before the driver is allowed to continue.
